Так звана влада Севастополя заборонила проводити мітинг на площі Нахімова в центрі міста, аргументувавши це тим, що поблизу розташовані режимні об'єкти та "офіс" Путіна.

Про це повідомляють "Севастопольські новини".

22 липня активісти запланували мітинг: "Наказ севастопольців кандидатам в депутати Державної Думи РФ". На ньому повинні були бути присутніми близько 500 осіб.

Однак як заявили в "департаменті внутрішньої політики" Севастополя, "... на пл. Нахімова розташований ряд об'єктів з особливим режимом роботи, в тому числі повноважне представництво президента в Кримському федеральному окрузі і технічне управління Чорноморського флоту РФ, в безпосередній близькості від яких проведення публічних заходів не рекомендується, щоб уникнути порушення роботи".

"Влада" запропонувала три інших місця на вибір для проведення мітингу.

Активісти в свою чергу вважають такі дії необгрунтованими.

"Так як обгрунтовану і мотивовану пропозицію про зміну місця проведення мітингу я не отримував і якщо не отримаю її в відведений законом триденний термін, то вважаю проведення мітингу узгодженим", - заявив один з активістів.

Разом з цим він подав Заяву "Про забезпечення охорони громадського порядку під час проведення мітингу 22.07.2016 р з 18-00 годин до 20-00 годин на пл. Нахімова в м. Севастополі", на адресу "прокурора", "начальника слідчого комітету" і "начальника УФСБ".
