Уряд Туреччини загрожує заблокувати Twitter через відмову керівництва соціальної мережі закрити акаунт опозиційної газети.

Суд турецького міста Адана заборонив інформаційним агентствам і газетам висвітлювати та коментувати доставку гуманітарної допомоги на територію Сирії,пише Європейська правда

Місцеві ЗМІ підкреслювали, що навантажені зброєю вантажівки направлялися в Сирію для боротьби з сирійськими урядовими силами.

Турецька влада спростовує цю інформацію. За словами чиновників, конвой перевозив гуманітарну допомогу для мирних жителів Сирії.

На думку турецьких властей, така поведінка місцевих ЗМІ загрожує національній безпеці.

Опозиційна газета Halkin Gazetesi BirGun продовжила висвітлювати доставку конвоя на своєму акаунті в Twitter. Уряд направив звернення з вимогою закрити Twitter газети, після чого соціальна відмовила виконати припис.
