Служащие Вооруженных Сил Украины, лица, отбывающие тюремное заключение, и лица, проживающие за границей, не будут принимать участия в местных выборах 25 октября 2015 года.

Об этом говорится в проекте Закона "О местных выборах", подготовленном рабочей группой под руководством спикера Верховной Рады Владимира Гройсмана.

Как сказано в документе, оказавшемся в распоряжении Цензор.НЕТ, данные категории граждан "считаются не принадлежащими ни к какой громаде".

Также законопроект вводит понятие сельских старост. Они будут избираться в рамках селений, входящих в ту или иную громаду.

В то же время, депутат местного совета либо городской, сельский, поселковый голова, подавший заявку о сложении полномочий до завершения каденции, не сможет баллотироваться снова.
