ЦИК будет реагировать на непринятие Радой соответствующего закона.
 

У украинских силовиков в зоне проведения антитеррористической операции (АТО) еще есть способ проголосовать на внеочередных выборах в Верховную Раду 26 октября. Об этом сообщил пресс-секретарь Центральной избирательной комиссии (ЦИК) Константин Хивренко,пишет Корреспондент.net 

В тоже время Хивренко не назвал процедуру, согласно которой военные смогут проголосовать. Но добавил, что ЦИК будет реагировать на, то что сегодня Верховная Рада не приняла соответствующий закон. По его словам, смогут ли военнослужащие реализовать свои избирательные права станет известно через день-два.

"ЦИК должна будет в какой-то степени реагировать на подобного рода не принятие решения (Радой законопроекта, предусматривающего голосование в зоне АТО –ред.). И каким будет реагирование ЦИК это покажет время, в ближайшие день-два", – сказал пресс-секретарь Центризбиркома.

Напомним,несколько десятков тысяч избирателей могут буть лишены права голосовать , потому что депутаты не приняли закон о разрешении участникам АТО голосовать вне мест постоянной дислокации
