Сайт InformNapalm, опублікував листування одного з координаторів "русского мира" в Східній Європі, громадянина Білорусі, Олександра Усовського. Згідно з даними "Кіберхунти" та "Українського Кіберальянсу", головною метою Усовського було створення проросійської фракції в польському Сеймі і впровадження проросійських депутатів на всі рівні, пише ТСН

Улітку 2014-го Усовский вийшов зі своїми ідеями на представників російського олігарха Костянтина Малофєєва, якого пов'язують з багатьма проросійськими рухами і називають офіційною касою-прикриттям Кремля для проведення підривних операцій в Східній Європі і країнах СНД.

Спочатку у Польщі відбулася низка антиукраїнських акцій - мітингів на підтримку "Новоросії" та актів вандалізму на пам'ятниках УПА. Однак другий етап фінансування на осінь 2014-го року не був схвалений в Кремлі через розбіжності між Малофєєвим і радником Путіна Владиславом Сурковим. Етап передбачав витрати на місцеві вибори в Польщі (сеймики) і Чехії - 19 700 євро.

Кошти, зокрема, передбачалося виділити на кампанію Матеуша Піскорського (Mateusz Piskorski), якого пізніше заарештували польські спецслужби за зв'язки з Росією 18 березня 2016-го року.

Плани і фінансування не обмежувалися тільки Польщею. Так, 3000 євро виділялося для допомоги на виборах в Чехії для депутата-комуніста Ладислава Касуки (Ladislav Kasuka).

Антиукраїнські акції у Польщі не припиняються досі. Зокрема, в листопаді 2016 року під час "Маршу незалежності" у Варшаві спалили прапор України.
