Верховна Рада внесла Дебальцеве до списку міст, де можуть пройти місцеві вибори. Про це в ефірі телеканалу "112 Україна" розповів заступник голови Центральної виборчої комісії Андрій Магера.

Магера уточнив, що рішення про введення надзвичайного або воєнного стану у країні не прийнято, тому необхідно в питаннях дозволу виборів виходити із конституційних положень.

При цьому Магера вважає, що у питаннях проведення виборів у тих чи інших районах Донецької та Луганської областей необхідно виходити з реальної обстановки.

"Ми (ЦВК, - ред.) хочемо, щоб, у відповідності до закону про статус тимчасово окупованих територій, з боку Верховної Ради був список не населених пунктів, а перелік адміністративно-територіальних одиниць, оскільки ради обираються виходячи з адміністративно-територіальних одиниць. Той перелік, який є з боку Верховної Ради щодо населених пунктів, ви знаєте, що там є Дебальцеве, де, здавалося б, вибори можуть відбуватися, з точки зору Ради там все в порядку. Тому досить критично можна ставитися до цього переліку, який зараз є у ВР", - розповів він.

Нагадаємо, місцеві вибори в Україні призначені на 25 жовтня поточного року. Сьогодні ЦВК повідомила про затвердження роз'яснення щодо визначення окремих рад у Донецькій і Луганській областях, щодо яких відсутня можливість проведення чергових місцевих виборів.
