Глава Каталонии Артур Мас в понедельник намерен подписать декрет о созыве местных выборов 27 сентября, сообщает испанская телерадиокомпания РТВЕ, передает delo.ua.

По его словам, в соответствии с испанским законодательством это будут обычные автономные выборы, но с политической точки зрения партии, которые будут участвовать в них, могут превратить эти выборы в фактический референдум о независимости.

Таким образом, продолжает РТВЕ, А.Мас выполнит обещание, данное 14 января этого года созвать автономные выборы 27 сентября — ровно год спустя после того, как он подписал декрет о проведении консультаций по вопросу о самоопределении.

Ранее правительство Каталонии уже начало создавать собственные государственные институты, которые заработают в случае, если на выборах победят сторонники независимости. В частности на прошлой неделе было учреждено налоговое агентство Каталонии и принят закон, открывающий путь для создания общественного кредитного института — прообраза центрального банка Каталонии.
