Власти Украины смогли провести выборы на значительной части территории страны в соответствии с демократическими требованиями, констатирует специальный координатор и глава миссии краткосрочных наблюдателей ОБСЕ Кент Харштедт (Kent Harstedt),пишет Интерфакс

"Выборы в Украине прошли в соответствии с демократическими требованиями. Это свидетельствует о том, что власти смогли провести выборы на значительной части территории Украины. Это означает новый шаг для Украины в проведении выборов в соответствии с демократическими обязательствами", - заявил он пресс-конференции наблюдателей миссии в понедельнк в Киеве
