«Легитимный» вынужден объяснить свое поведение. Но не сам, а через свою защиту.

Предыдущий президент Украины Виктор Янукович может вскоре прокомментировать все «недоговоренности».  Его защита обязана передать в Генеральную прокуратуру Украины объяснения по производству о событиях Евроайдана в 2013-1014 годах. Такое заявление было сделано начальником Управления спецрасследований Генпрокуратуры Сергеем Горбатюком.

По словам Горбатюка, объяснения предоставит защита. Адвокаты сообщили, что это будет вскоре, возможно, после майских праздников. Но сказать наверняка никто не может.

Напомним, Генпрокуратура отправляла адвокатам Януковича письмо, где предлагала допросить его в форме видеоконференции. «В удовлетворении одного ходатайства отказано в связи с якобы политическими мотивами обращения. Другие ходатайства в настоящее время не рассмотрены, что лишает орган досудебного расследования возможности провести с ним следственные и другие процессуальные действия», - сообщило ведомство.

Напомним, ранее сообщалось, что Янукович и Азаров получили гражданство России. Теперь экс-президент и экс-премьер-министр Украины находятся под официальной защитой Российской Федерации.
