Частный дом, в котором по утверждению адвокатов, живет в российском Ростове-на-Дону беглый экс-президент Украины Виктор Янукович, насчитывает три этажа, а его аренда составляет 100 тыс. рублей в месяц

Соответствующая информация содержится в реестре российской недвижимости, а также в договоре между Януковичем и арендодателем, передает "ДС" со ссылкой на УП.

Согласно реестру, площадь дома, который арендует Янукович, составляет 490,1 кв. метр. Кадастровая стоимость по состоянию на 18 августа 2012 года составила 22 млн рублей.

 

 

Как пояснил адвокат Виталий Сердюк, речь идет о договоре аренды, который Янукович перезаключил с владельцем частного дома. Сам договор подписан 2 января 2017 года. По его словам, Янукович заключал соответствующие договоры об аренде этого здания еще с 2014 года.

Все три договора подписаны Януковичем. Арендодателем является гражданин России Сергей Михайлович Гончаров, который вместе с женой Ириной и 32-летним сыном Михаилом прописаны в доме по адресу ул. Еременко, 81В. Защита Януковича утверждает, что именно эти договоры они передавали Генеральной прокуратуре.

Согласно договору, по меньшей мере с 2015 года Янукович платит за аренду по 100 тыс. рублей ежемесячно наличными (около 1730 долларов по курсу, или около 45 тыс. гривен).
То есть, если исходить из того, что он снимает этот дом с 2014 года, то он должен был заплатить за него не менее 3 миллионов рублей, что примерно составляет около 52 тыс. долларов.
