В платформу YouTube додали нове сповіщення, яке нагадуватиме глядачам про необхідність відволікатися від перегляду, пише Media Sapiens
 

Сповіщення є частиною програми Google, націленої на концепцію «цифрового добробуту». Поки що нова функція доступна лише в мобільних додатках YouTube для Android і iOS останніх версій.

Увімкнути сповіщення можна в налаштуваннях YouTube на загальній вкладці та встановити для них періодичність, аби вони з’являлися кожні 15, 30, 60, 90 чи 180 хвилин. При цьому вони примусово не закриватимуть додаток YouTube та не ставитимуть на паузу відео, які відтворюються.

Окрім того, платформа запустить окрему інформаційну панель, в якій можна буде переглянути скільки часу користувач проводить в YouTube, як часто він заходить на платформу та з яких пристроїв, історію всіх сповіщень.

За задумом Google, для того, аби покращити свій «цифровий добробут», користувачам треба краще зрозуміти свої звички та контролювати їх. Наприклад, лімітувати час, який вони проводять у соцмережах чи за переглядом розважальних відео.
