Фильм «Семья. Фильм о Рамзане Кадырове, которого Путин называет сыном...» временно заблокирован на YouTube-канале Открытой России.

За неделю его успели посмотреть более 900 000 раз.

YouTube закрыл доступ к просмотру видео из-за жалобы, которую написал Сынбулатов Ильяс Винерович — владелец ООО «Т&К Продакшн»,передает сайт Открытой России

Сейчас эта блокировка опротестовывается, и как только YouTube сочтет, что этим видео не нарушается закон об авторском праве, фильм снова будет доступен.

В претензии господина Сынбулатова не указано, какой именно фрагмент фильма «Семья» он считает нарушением своего авторского права.

В любом случае, жалоба не имеет никаких оснований, так как фильм содержит только кадры, принадлежащие Открытой России, и кадры новостей, которые не защищены авторским правом. В проекте также использованы материалы фильма «Рамзан и его команда» Леонида Канфера, интервью Рамзана Кадырова Марианне Максимовской в программе «Неделя», клип «Нур-Жовхар» Винсента Мура, о чем есть надлежащие сообщения в описании видео, как того требует закон.
