Відеохостинг YouTube змінив логотип і оголосив про нові зміни у своїй роботі.

Новий логотип не є величезним відходом від попереднього дизайну. Він використовує ту ж саму чорну, білу та червону кольорову схему, але літери тепер ближче одна до одної. Назва відеохостингу і червона іконка тепер будуть відокремлені. Як стверджує компанія, такий логотип легше буде адаптувати для менших екранів.

Окрім того, YouTube незабаром дозволить переглядати вертикальні відео без чорних рамок з боків. Тобто відеоролики будуть заповнювати увесь екран вашого телефону. Після відтворення відео зможе автоматично адаптуватися до розміру екрану пристрою, за допомогою якого ви його переглядаєте.

Інші нові функції включають в себе: можливість зміни швидкості відтворення відео, нові навігаційні жести, які дозволяють переходити до наступного відео за допомогою двух натискань на екран.

Також YouTube дозволить переглядати відео на темному фоні. Розробники вважають, що це полегшить користувачам перегляд відео вночі.

Нові зміни будуть впроваджуватися поступово для користувачів усього світу, хоча новий логотип вже зараз прикрашає відеосервіс.
