З початку виборчої кампанії до закінчення підрахунку голосів в ГУМВС України в Києві надійшло 1700 повідомлень про порушення виборчого законодавства і про порушення, пов'язані з виборами. Про це під час прес-конференції заявив началмник столичного штабу ГУМВС Юрій Деревяга, передає РБК-Україна.

"В цілому узагальнити всі ці дні, то можу сказати, що 1700 правопорушень було зареєстровано за цей час. Внесені в Єдиний реєстр 80 кримінальних проваджень , 70 - зараз знаходиться в розслідуванні. З них такі суттєві - 26 фактів підкупу виборців в цілому в даний час розслідується", - повідомив він.

У той же час заступник начальника ГУМВС України у Київській області - начальник міліції громадської безпеки Ігор Драпей заявив про 657 порушень, повідомлення про яких надійшло до правоохоронців Київської області.

"Було зафіксовано загальне 657 правопорушень різного характеру під час передвиборчої кампанії, під час виборів, і після виборів в місцеві органи влади", - сказав він.

Також він уточнив, що до ЄРДР внесено 58 повідомлень такі правопорушення.

"Взагалі, до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесено 58 таких правопорушень. Під час виборів безпосередньо 25 жовтня було зафіксовано 175 повідомлень щодо порушень виборчого процесу. З них 139 - це саме ті, які були зафіксовані з 8:00 до 20:00", - зазначив Драпей.
