Поедание чиновниками санкционной продукции, предназначенной к уничтожению, будет считаться нарушением и подпадать под уголовную статью. Об этом рассказал источник в Роспотребнадзоре. Собеседник издания сообщил, что разрабатываемые ведомством инструкции будут исключать возможность отведать контрабандный товар, а если сотрудник это сделает, то ненадлежащим образом выполнит свои должностные обязанности. Это, в свою очередь, может повлечь наказание по ч. 1 ст. 293 УК («Халатность»), предусматривающей до 120 тыс. рублей штрафа, обязательные работы до 360 часов, исправительные работы до 1 года либо арест на срок до 3 месяцев, пишут Известия

Источник в Роспотребнадзоре уточнил, что съедение санкционки по инструкциям уничтожением считаться не будет.

— Это нарушение, а если такое произойдет, человек должностные обязанности нарушит. За это — уголовка. Говорят, на таможне уже возбуждали дела в таких случаях, — сказал собеседник издания.

Пресс-секретарь Россельхознадзора (ведомство уничтожает контрабанду на границах с Белоруссией и Казахстаном) Алексей Алексеенко подтвердил, что поедание санкционки должностными лицами считается нарушением, но затруднился точно сказать, подпадает ли оно под уголовную статью.

— Съедать не положено — нужно уничтожать, чтобы продукт не был употребим в пищу. Это нарушение точно очень серьезное, — сказал Алексеенко.
