Українським президентом Петром Порошенком було прийнято доктрину інформаційної безпеки держави, повідомляє ВВС.

Одним з головним завданням документу є боротьба проти пропаганди, яка поширюється Російською Федерацією. В заяві прес-служби українського президента повідомляється, що прийняття документу було зумовлено активізацією загроз щодо національної безпеки України в інформаційній сфері. Не можна не згадати про збільшення числа кібератак зі сторони Москви, яке спостерігається, не тільки стосовно України, а інших держав світу, зокрема країн Європейського Союзу та Сполучених Штатів Америки. 

Наразі в українському уряді створено міністерство інформаційної політики, яке займається моніторингом електронних й друкованих періодичних видань та виявлення інформації, розповсюдження якої заборонено на території держави. За час роботи міністерства, вже було припинено діяльність деяких ЗМІ та телеканалів, які порушують чинне законодавство України, а також заборонено перетин українського кордону для конкретних російських журналістів, політиків та діячів культури.
