Окружной административный суд Киева удовлетворил иск ООО "Зеонбуд" против Нацсовета по телерадиовещанию, монополист цифрового эфирного телевидения снова сможет отключать телеканалы по своему усмотрению, сообщает delo.ua

Ранее "Зеонбуд" оспорил в суде предупреждение от медиарегулятора, который после проверки 11 июня текущего года наказал компанию. Нацсовет решил, что "Зеонбуд" незаконно прекратил трансляцию БТБ, XSPORT и других.

Окружной админсуд столицы прислушался к аргументам "Зеонбуда" и отменил решение Нацсовета. В судебном решении указано, что ответчик на заседание не явился, хотя получил соответствующее уведомление.
