Зберігши колишній стиль подачі інформації, тижневик вніс вагомі зміни для зручності читачів.

"Видання отримало сучасний дизайн, зручний для читання. Є й структурні зміни: ми скоротили вступний блок коротких форм - невеликих новин, фактів, цитат, звівши його до одного розвороту. Зате тепер зможемо приділяти більше місця аналітичним матеріалам", - коментує головний редактор проекту "Корреспондент" Андрій Овчаренко.

За його словами, в журналі з'явилася тема номера - цвяховий матеріал або низка статей з найбільш гострих, актуальних проблем,пише Корреспондент

Слово головного редактора тепер буде в кожному номері. "Говорити будемо про насущні проблеми тижня і можливі у зв'язку з цим зміни", - зазначає Овчаренко.

З'явилося більше авторських колонок, в тому числі зарубіжних експертів, в першу чергу європейських.

"Це обумовлено концепцією. Ми вважаємо, що повинні будувати Європу в Україні. В іншому ж журнал залишається незмінним: "Корреспондент" - незручна правда, яку ми вважаємо важливим донести до читачів", - заявив головний редактор.

Зазначимо, що героєм обкладинки оновленого "Корреспондента" став міністр інформації Юрій Стець. Своє перше на цій посаді інтерв'ю він дав "Корреспонденту", зокрема, зазначивши, що за Януковича цензура була неможлива.
