Генпрокуратура передала Національному агентству із запобігання корупції матеріали про адміністративне порушення депутатами Верховної Ради Олегом Ляшком, Євгеном Мураєвим, Вадимом Рабіновичем і Павлом Кишкаром у зв'язку з їхньою оплачуваною роботою на телебаченні.

Про це "Українським новинам" повідомило інформоване джерело.

З його слів, матеріали про адмінпорушення депутатів за ч. 1 ст. 172-4 (заняття іншою оплачуваною діяльністю) Кодексу про адміністративні правопорушення, спрямовані в НАЗК 7 листопада.

Згідно з інформацією джерела, 3 депутати працювали ведучими на телеканалі NewsOne, ще 1 - на телеканалі "ЕспресоTV".

Генпрокуратура вбачає в цьому суміщення ними іншої діяльності, крім депутатської роботи.
