Причиною такого дизайну стало зростання числа злочинів з використанням холодної зброї. Через кількість нападів з використанням холодної зброї, британська влада змінила класифікацію кухонних ножів на наступальну зброю.

Через це частина ритейлерів припинила продаж ножів в роздробі. У зв'язку з цим фірма розробила набір ножів, який збереже функціонал для кухарів і стане безпечнішим у використанні. Комплект приладів отримав назву Assure collection.

У процесі його розробки фірма провела консультації з 1700 споживачами. Ножі виготовлені з класичної сталі.
