Здесь есть все необходимое для жизни: двуспальная кровать, душевая, санузел. При этом Макс отметил, что этот дом ему нужен только для отдыха после работы, а для проведения деловых встреч использует здание в районе залива.

Это был огромный особняк, расположенный в районе залива Сан-Франциско. Изобретатель устроил распродажу своей недвижимости ради финансирования проекта по созданию колонии на Марсе. Как он заявлял ранее, по планам к 2050-му году успеть отправить на Марс миллион колонистов.
