По данным СМИ, это был парламентарий Игорь Луценко из "Батькивщины", пишет Сегодня

Увидев дрон, председатель парламента Андрей Парубий заявил о попытке сорвать утреннее заседание ВР.

А первый вице-спикер Рады Ирина Геращенко в свою очередь предложила отстранить за 3 заседания депутатов, которые принесли беспилотник в сессионный зал.
