В России собираются провести масштабные изменения в Конституции государства, однако реальных изменений во власти от них ожидает мало кто.

Соответствующую карикатуру опубликовал в Facebook художник Сергей Елкин.

На ней президент России Владимир Путин, который объявил о конституционной реформе во время обращения к Федеральному собранию, изображен с дымовой шашкой. Путин бегает с ней и заполняет все пространство рисунка дымом, намекая на то, что изменения в Конституцию и отставка правительства – всего-лишь дымовая завеса для продолжения власти самого главы Кремля.

 

"Все двадцать лет одна сплошная операция прикрытия", – пишут в комментариях к карикатуре.
