Як повідомило FlashSiberia, приводом для звернення до президента став той факт, що компанія Обороненерго відключила будівлю від електрики. Сам будинок визнаний аварійним, проте в ньому живе декілька сімей.

Як повідомили в уряді Іркутської області, місцева влада підключилися до вирішення питання з опаленням будинку й розселенням його мешканців.

За даними регіонального Гідрометцентру, температура повітря в Іркутську в ніч на понеділок опускалася до -5 градусів.
