Поліція склала адміністративний протокол на харків'янина, який вивісив банер із нецензурним висловлюванням на адресу президента ФК "Шахтар" олігарха Ріната Ахметова.
Про це повідомляє відділ комунікації поліції Харківської області.
Парубок розмістив банер з нецензурним висловлюванням на мосту, розташованому на території обслуговування Немишлянського відділу поліції.
"В такий спосіб 19-річний харків’янин висловив свою думку з приводу проведення футбольних матчів на стадіоні "Металіст" за участю однієї з українських команд", – зазначають у поліції.
Стосовно правопорушника був складений протокол про адміністративне правопорушення за ст. 173 (дрібне хуліганство) КУпАП.
Відповідно санкції статті такі дії тягнуть за собою накладення штрафу від 3 до 7 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або громадські роботи на строк від 40 до 60 годин, або виправні роботи на строк від 1 до 2 місяців з відрахуванням двадцяти процентів заробітку, або адміністративний арешт на строк до 15 діб.
