Українська ілюстраторка Анна Сарвіра створила для нью-йоркського музею сучасного мистецтва Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) ілюстрації тривожного життя в Україні на тлі загрози війни. Вони вийшли у журналі MoMA.

"Для  Museum of Modern Art я намалювала коротку історію про те, як зараз жити в Україні. Спойлер: відчуття напруженості та тривоги", – написала Сарвіра у Facebook.

"Місто відчуває себе напруженим і тривожним. Можливо, через розмови – люди говорять про комплекти для виживання, бомби та російські війська. Або, можливо, через вираз обличчя – ви можете побачити тривогу в очах людей. А може, тому що за останні кілька місяців людей на вулицях стало менше, а на дорогах – машин", – пише ілюстраторка для MoMA.

Анна Сарвіра – українська художниця, дизайнерка, ілюстраторка дитячих книжок, кураторка клубу ілюстраторів "Pictoric", одна з найкращих ілюстраторів світу.

У 2017 році Анна увійшла до переліку 75 кращих ілюстраторів світу під час Bologna Children's Book Fair з роботами до книжки "Геть дорослих!" Сергія Прилуцького. А у 2019-му – її відзначили на Bologna Children's Book Fair за роботи до книжки Йоко Сано "Казка про кота, який жив мільйон разів". Створювала ілюстрації для Coca-Cola, UNICEF, British Council та багатьох інших.

Роботи Сарвіри експонували в Україні, США, Німеччині Португалії, Японії, Італії.

Відповідей досі немає. Аби не панікувати, я купила собі кілька банок консервів і сокиру

Я думаю, що мій план невдалий. У всіх книгах про війну, які я читала, люди виживали, бо їм щастило. Сподіваюсь, я теж везуча. Сподіваюсь, ми всі везучі
