В российском Кузбассе судебные приставы арестовали кота за долги его хозяина, сообщили в местном управлении ФССП.

Приставы оценили породистого сфинкса в 500 рублей, - сообщают РИА Новости

"Несколько месяцев назад мужчина затопил соседей. Оплачивать им ремонт он отказался. Тогда жильцы обратились в суд, который вынес решение", - говорится в сообщении.

Суд обязал мужчину выплатить пострадавшим 45 тысяч рублей. При этом все имущество в его квартире принадлежало родственникам.

"Не было документов только на породистого кота сфинкса. Когда мужчина выходил на работу, возле двери его уже ждали судебные приставы. Они арестовали животное и оценили его в 500 рублей", - рассказали в ведомстве.

Впрочем, в настоящее время кот остается с хозяином, однако если тот не расплатится с долгами, его домашний питомец уйдет с молотка.

Напомним, в минувшем году житель российского города Чита оплатил судебным приставами часть долга секс-игрушками, в том числе двумя надувными резиновыми женщинами. Идея оплатить часть долга товаром из своего магазина пришла мужчине, когда судебные приставы прибыли для описи имущества. 

Отметим, что предложение не вызвало возражений, а полученное имущество представители ведомства оценили в 11,5 тысячи рублей.
