Уже во время первого заседания депутаты от Партии регионов продолжили голосовать не персонально.Корреспонденты движения "Честно" зафиксировали, как депутат из фракции Партии Регионов Виталий Борт проголосовал за себя и вместо своего коллеги по фракции Эльбруса Тедеева. 

Нарушение Конституционного требования голосовать лично состоялось во время принятия за основу проекта Закона о внесении изменений в Основы законодательства Украины о здравоохранении.

На видео корреспондентов видно, как сосед Виталия Борта – глава Регламентного комитета ВРУ Владимир Макеенко – нарушений однопартийца "не замечает", отмечают в движении.

От начала работы Верховной Рады VII созыв движения ЧЕСТНО зафиксировал по меньшей мере 83 народных депутата, которые нарушили требования Конституции Украины (ст.84) и Регламента Верховной Рады относительно личного голосования, отдав свои карточки или проголосовав вместо коллег.

В мае движение ЧЕСТНО призвало президента и глав парламентских фракций воспользоваться правом законодательной инициативы и принять меры, чтобы сделать невозможным "кнопкодавство" уже на следующей сессии Верховной Рады, запланированной на сентябрь 2013 г.
