 Іспанська поліція заарештувала п'ятьох шахраїв за звинуваченням в обмані двох жінок. Вони видавали себе в Інтернеті за голлівудську зірку Бреда Пітта. Про це пише Guardian.

Підозрювані зв’язувалися з жінками на інтернет-сторінці для шанувальників оскароносного актора та змусили їх повірити, що у них з Піттом «сентиментальні стосунки».

 Потім шахраї заохочували жінок інвестувати в різні неіснуючі проекти. Жительки Андалусії та Басконії втратили через це 325 000 євро

Кіберзлочинці, щоб захопити жертв, вивчили їхні соціальні мережі та склали їх психологічний профіль, таким чином виявивши, що обидві жінки були вразливими людьми та в стані депресії— повідомила поліція.

Правоохоронцям вдалося повернути 85 000 євро, викрадених у жінок.
