Галицький районний суд визнав винним у дрібному хуліганстві чоловіка, який займався оральним сексом у громадському місці – посеред вулиці. Суд призначив йому покарання – 119 грн штрафу.

Як вказано в матеріалах справи, 18 січня 2024 року близько півночі чоловік разом із невідомою жінкою займався оральним сексом посеред вулиці.

Їх помітили патрульні, які склали адмінпротокол за порушення громадського порядку і спокою. Інші обставини інциденту в судовій постанові не описані.

У суд обвинувачений не з’явився та не відповідав на поштові й телефонні виклики. Однак суд розглянув докази правопорушення – відео з нагрудної камери та рапорт поліцейського.

Враховуючи обстави справи, суддя визнав чоловіка винним у дрібному хуліганстві та призначив 119 грн штрафу.

Крім цього, він має сплатити 605 грн судового збору. Цю постанову можна оскаржити в апеляційному суді.
