"Отримавши доступ до облікового запису, Ньягу змінив в обліковому записі фотографію, місце роботи, подав заявку та оплатив сертифікат про практику. 

Однак його заявка не була оброблена, оскільки від нього вимагали надати документи, включаючи сертифікат реєстрації бізнесу", — сказано у заяві Спілки юристів Кенії.

При цьому Ньягі вважався дуже успішним юристом на батьківщині: він виграв усі свої справи та навіть захищав у суді боса місцевої мафії. У пресі його навіть прозвали "золотим адвокатом".

Наразі чоловік перебуває під арештом, місцеві правоохоронні органи продовжують розслідування справи.
