Валерій В. визнав свою провину у вчиненні дрібного хуліганства. Справу розглянула суддя Ольга Бойко, яка дослідила усі матеріали справи та призначила чоловіка 119 грн штрафу. Також він має заплатити 537 грн судового збору.


Сихівський районний суд Львова визнав винним у дрібному хуліганстві чоловіка, який зайнявся сексом у громадському місці – поруч із церквою та богословською семінарією. Суд призначив йому покарання – 119 грн штрафу.

Як вказано у постанові суду, яку винесли у жовтні 2023 року, випадок трапився ввечері 29 серпня, приблизно о 18:20, на вул. Михайла Гориня (колишня вул. Скрипника) біля будинку №2а. Валерій В. займався сексом із жінкою у громадському місці, це побачили перехожі, які й звернулись у поліцію.
