Один індійський "гуру" вигадав віртуальні Сполучені Штати Кайласа. Ця "країна" широко представлена в інтернеті, а її керівник - індуїстський містик і шахрай, який переховується від звинувачень у зґвалтуванні та сексуальному насильстві в Індії.
Одного містичного дня представники "країни" завітали до Парагваю. Там вони зустрілись міністром сільського господарства країни. З локшиною на вухах чиновник підписав меморандум про взаєморозуміння, де були й такі пункти:
◽️ рекомендувати уряду встановити дипвідносини з Кайласою;
◽️ підтримувати вступ СШК в міжнародні організації, в тому числі в ООН.
Після розголосу та рішення про відставку, вже ексміністр:
- визнав, що не знає, де знаходиться СШК на карті;
- виправдав підписання угоди тим, що віртуальна країна запропонувала Парагваю допомогу в ряді галузей, включаючи іригацію.
До Парагваю представники Кайласи вже ошукали низку країн, окремих міст та установ.
