У тіктоці поширюють ролики, в яких нібито ведучі українських телеканалів повідомляють, що уряд прийняв закон №3386, за яким українцям, які з початку повномасштабного вторгнення жодного разу не виїжджали за кордон, призначена одноразова виплата у розмірі 14 тисяч гривень. Насправді ці відеосюжети — фейкові, пояснили у Центрі протидії дезінформації при РНБО.

У ЦПД звернули увагу, що в Україні не ухвалювали закон, який би реєструвався як №3386. Додамо, закони ухвалюють народні депутати голосуванням у Верховній Раді, потім їх ще має підписати президент. Уряд може пропонувати законопроєкти, але не ухвалює їх.

У назвах облікових записів, з яких поширюють фейкові відео, часто використовують бренди відомих українських медіа. Також з допомогою штучного інтелекту підробляють голоси телеведучих.

Проте фейковий контент, згенерований штучним інтелектом, використовують для штучного збільшення кількості підписників анонімних телеграм-каналів.

Для того, щоб подати «заявку» на отримання допомоги, користувачам пропонують перейти за посиланням в описі під відео.

«Насправді такі сюжети є фейковими та згенеровані штучним інтелектом, а закону №3386 взагалі не існує. Подібний контент поширюється задля підвищення охоплень анонімних телеграм-каналів, на які й ведуть посилання в описі під відео», — зазначено у повідомленні.
