Суворовський райсуд Одеси розглядає справу моделі OnlyFans, яку «заклала» правоохоронцям майстриня манікюру. Розповідаємо деталі історії. Згідно матеріалів справи, у вересні правоохоронці отримали матеріали про те, що невстановлена особа займається виготовленням, збутом та розповсюдженням відеопродукції порнографічного характеру на території Пересипського району Одеси.

В ході здійснення досудового розслідування допитано свідка, що працює майстром манікюра. Вона й повідомила що одна із клієнток займається виготовленням контенту порнографічного характерудля дорослих, за що отримує грошові кошти.

Під час моніторінгу пплатформ OnlyFans та Pornohab правоохоронцями було встановлено особу, яка за грошову винагороду займається виготовленням та збутом відео та фото матеріалів порнографічного характеру.

05 грудня 2024 на підставі ухвали слідчого судді у помешканні акторки проведено обшук та вилучено iPhone 15 PRO, на який за поданням слідчого накладено арешт. Триває слідство.

Апеляційна скарга на ухвалу слідчого судді може бути подана протягом п`яти днів з дня її проголошення.
