Торт предназначался детям-сиротам и детям из малоимущих и многодетных семей. Однако из-за сдвига времени в программе мероприятий дети просто не успели на раздачу праздничного торта. Толпа, как видно на видео, очень быстро расхватали все пирожные.

"Нас сегодня привезли на Комсомольскую площадь и сказали, что будут угощать тортиками в честь праздника. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали за 20 минут до начала мероприятия, они уже закончились", – рассказали журналистам ребята из детского дома "Берегиня".
