Проте презентація не пройшла гладко, оскільки робот неналежним чином доторкнувся до жінки-репортера. У відео інциденту видно, як Мухаммед простягає руку до спини репортерки, на що вона реагує зі здивуванням і підіймає долоню на робота.
Користувачі соціальних мереж звинуватили робота в непристойному поводженні з жінкою. Компанія QSS заявила, що робот був автономним і налаштований на роботу без прямого контролю людини. Вона також повідомила, що попередньо попередила всіх присутніх про необхідність дотримуватися безпечної відстані від робота.
