Так как сотрудники оказались перед «новой нормальностью», вызванной COVID-19, они хотят от работодателей большей поддержки в управлении балансом между личной жизнью и работой и гибкости относительно места работы, отмечает новое исследование Glint.

Исследование опросило сотрудников и менеджеров в июне 2020 года.
77% сотрудников отметили, что заинтересованы в получении большей поддержки от своих работодателей. Почти трое из четырех сотрудников (74%) заинтересованы в возможности работать из дому/удаленно.

Только 49% заинтересованы в постоянной удаленной работе.

 

Беспокойства из-за возвращения в офис
Возможность оставаться здоровым и в безопасности на рабочем месте — топ-беспокойство для сотрудников и менеджеров, когда речь заходит о возвращении в офис.
