Для соціальних експериментів з доведення населення до крайнього зубожіння. Полігон для випробування нової військової техніки, для відпрацювання нових тактичних прийомів з використанням сумнозвісних батальйоно-тактичних та ротно-тактичних груп. Це все добре відомо. Але сьогодні я зрозумів, що Донбас для Кремля це ще і полігон для випробування виборчих технологій. Це може звучати дивно, але саме з тих псевдореферендумів у 2014 році Кремль змалював механізм голосування за зміни до конституції РФ.
Громадяни Росії (переважна більшість, але не всі) тоді, у 2014 році радісно вітали зґвалтування закону, демократичних процедур, міжнародних норм у вигляді «референдумів» в Криму, Луганську та Донецьку.
 
Сьогодні їх закликають взяти участь у остаточному знищені і без того забитих, кволих та занедбаних демократичних процедур вже у самій Росії. Це ж треба було таке вигадати...
Голосування за шість днів до самої дати голосування, дострокове надомне голосування, голосування без внесення паспортних даних громадянина, який голосує у перелік виборців, заборона незалежних спостерігачів, голосування поштою.
 
Я не впевнений, але здається що у фальсифікації виборів Кремль перевершив навіть нацистів.
