Согласно недавнему исследованию Ascend2, маркетинг в реальном времени, аналитика и искусственный интеллект – три новые технологии, которые окажут сильное влияние на стратегии в новом году.

Исследование проводилось среди 270 маркетологов в ноябре 2020 (31% работает в B2B компаниях, 43% в B2C компаниях, а 26% в гибридных B2B / B2C компаниях).

43% респондентов назвали маркетинг в реальном времени одной из новых технологий, которая окажет самое большое влияние на их маркетинговую стратегию в новом году, 36% назвали аналитику, 36% — искусственный интеллект.

Критерии
Маркетологи также озвучили топ-критерии, оценивая новые маркетинговые технологии. Среди них — простота использования (55%), стоимость (37%) и применение (36%).

 

Трудности
Среди топ-челленджей при применении новых маркетинговых технологий респонденты назвали ограничения бюджета (для 45%), реализация стратегии (43%) и определение подходящих технологий (38%).
