- По мнению маркетологов лучшим в соцсети бренд делает: вовлеченность аудитории (59%), запоминающийся контент (46%), сторителлинг (45%), поддержка клиентов (37%), прозрачность (35%), уникальность (34%), создание трендов (31%), отсылки к поп-культуре (26%).
- Пользователи распределили эти качества следующим образом: вовлеченность аудитории (61%), прозрачность (45%), поддержка клиентов (44%), запоминающийся контент (40%), уникальность (33%), сторителлинг (32%), создание трендов (21%), отсылки к поп-культуре (18%).
- Топ-5 сложностей SMM-менеджеров: определение и привлечение целевой аудитории, измерение ROI, поддержка общих целей бизнеса, публикация контента, отслеживание конкурентов.
- Платформы, которые маркетологи и потребители планируют использовать чаще: пользователи теряют интерес к Инстаграм и Twitter, выбирают YouTube и Pinterest. Маркетологи усиливают присутствие в Инстаграм и LinkedIn, забывают при этом о YouTube и Pinterest. К Tik Tok у маркетологов интерес сильнее, чем у их аудитории.
- Как пользователи находят бренды в соцсетях: 45% следуют рекомендациям в ленте или специальных разделах, 40% прислушиваются к рекомендациям друзей, 39% ищут бренды, которые они любят, 35% подписываются на аккаунты, которые рекомендуют инфлюенсеры, 34% подписываются на бренды, у которых они покупали офлайн, 32% приходят по «сарафанному радио», 25% используют хэштеги.
