Согласно глобальному опросу руководителей маркетинга WARC, спустя почти два года с начала пандемии изменение поведения потребителей все еще представляет собой проблему для маркетологов.

Среди владельцев брендов почти три четверти (73%) говорят, что постпандемические изменения в поведении потребителей окажут значительное влияние на их маркетинговую стратегию в 2022 году.

Ожидается, что экономический спад и повышенная забота потребителей об окружающей среде также станут важными приоритетами для брендов в следующем году.

 

Что касается того, как маркетологи брендов планируют адаптироваться к воздействию COVID в 2022 году, наиболее популярными являются диджитал каналы (61%) и привлечение клиентов (59%).
