Сразу после публичных обвинений в коррупции со стороны Андрея Богдана, мэр Киева Виталий Кличко в срочном порядке убыл в Нью-Йорк, где попытался получить поддержку влиятельных американских политиков.

В своем Фейсбук-отчете В. Кличко заявил о том, что во время встречи подымал вопросы, в частности, местного самоуправления.

Комментарии дал и сам Джулиани, который по сути прямо дискредитировал государство Украина, назвав мэра Киева единственным лучиком в кромешной тьме.

Таким образом, вполне очевидно, что визит Виталий Кличко в США нанес определенный вред национальным интересам Украины

А посему возникает ряд вопросов к СБУ:

  1. Был ли санкционирован визит Кличко в США? 
  2. Уполномачивал ли кто-либо мэра Киева обсуждать вопросы местного самоуправления на территории США?
  3. Имеются ли в действиях В.Кличко признаки преступления, предусмотернного ст.111 УК Украины?
