"Вчера в Северодонецке, в самом центре города, мы обнаружили конспиративный штаб кандидата в народные депутаты по 106 округу от "Оппозиционного блока" Евгения Бакулина (экс-глава правления НАК Нефтегаз Украины), где осуществлялся подкуп избирателей. Работники штаба выдавали гражданам по 200 грн., в обмен на паспорта",- сообщает журналист Всеволод Филимоненко на своей  странице у Фейсбук.

Он напоминил,что против бывшего главы правления НАК "Нафтогаз Украины" Евгения Бакулина, уже возбуждено уголовное дело по подозрению в хищениях миллиардов долларов из госказны Украины

Также , Всеволод разместил видео этого инцидента.
