Євросоюз не визнає "парламентські та президентські вибори" в "ЛНР" та "ДНР", які проведено 2 листопада, бо вони суперечать духу і букві Мінського протоколу.

Про це йдеться в декларації, поширеній прес-службою Ради ЄС,пише Українська правда

"Ми закликаємо всі сторони до роботи з проведення місцевих виборів у частинах Донецької та Луганської областей, згідно з українським законодавством, як це передбачено Мінським протоколом" - сказано в документі.

В ЄС наголосили на відповідальності російської сторони і закликали РФ відвести незаконні та іноземні військові сили, найманців і військове обладнання та забезпечити постійний моніторинг ОБСЄ українсько- російського кордону

Крім того, високий представник ЄС із питань закордонних справ і політики безпеки Федеріка Могеріні схвильована порушенням умов припинення вогню і збільшенням кількості внутрішньо переміщених осіб і обіцяють подальше надання гуманітарної допомоги постраждалим.
