Комбат батальйону «Донбас» Семен Семенченко може відмовитись від депутатського мандату.

Про це від повідомив на власній строрінці у Фейсбук:

"До 1 грудня, в залежності від ситуації на фронті, я прийму рішення про проходження подальшої служби або виконання обов'язків народного.депутата України на підставі Закону України "Про статус народного депутата України"",-написав він.

Також Семенченко подякував Народу України за високу довіру.

"Вчора ЦВК визнала мене обраним депутатом ВР України.

Згідно із законодавством, ЦВК не пізніше ніж на 5-й день після встановлення результатів виборів має офіційно оприлюднити їх в парламентській газеті "Голос України" і урядовій газеті "Урядовий кур'єр".

Після офіційного оприлюднення результатів виборів обрані парламентарії протягом 20 днів повинні надати Центрвиборчкому документ про звільнення з посади, несумісної з депутатським мандатом.

Я дякую Народ України за високу довіру.

Я не є військовослужбовцем, я проходжу службу у військовому резерві Національної гвардії України і є резервістом, який не отримує оплати за свою службу.

В даний час батальйон Донбас проводить бойове злагодження для несення служби в зоні АТО. Я як командир батальйону зроблю все для того, щоб підготувати резервістів до виконання своїх обов'язків."
