Две ведущие партии Каталонии договорились провести досрочные выборы уже в этом году,пишет  Еuronews

Ранее глава автономной области Артур Мас обещал провести голосование пройдет в форме плебисцита, что сделает его альтернативой референдуму о независимости от Мадрида. На пресс-конференции в среду Мас сообщил, что выборы назначены на 27 сентября и пояснил:

“27 сентября исполнится ровно год с тех пор, как я подписал в наиболее символический и торжественной форме указ, который позволил провести опрос о независимости”.

Опрос, не имеющий юридической силы, состоялся в Каталонии 9-го ноября 2014 года. За независимость области от Испании высказались 80% из более чем 2 миллионов принявших в нем участие. Ответственность за организацию опроса Артур Мас взял на себя.

Мадрид считают плебисцит по вопросу о независимости незаконным. Заблокировал его проведение и Конституционный суд.Сейчас испанская прокуратура обвиняет Маса “в несоблюдении директивы центральных властей”.
