Компания Seasalt and Co. создала оскорбительный рекламный принт, была осуждена публикой в социальных сетях, а вместо извинений начала защищать свою работу. Вот вам и наглядный пример неудачного социального маркетинга.

В последнее время бренды все чаще попадают впросак после публикации рекламы в социальных медиа. Недавно американская компания Seasalt and Co., которая занимается графическим дизайном, пополнила ряды неудачников, показав полное неумение улаживать конфликты,пишет Іmarketolog

Во первых, компания опубликовала по-настоящему странный постер в Facebook, показывающий мрачное дерево, на котором висит петля. По задумке разработчиков, эта картинка демонстрирует новый набор инструментов для дизайна в Photoshop, но пользователи социальной сети увидели в рекламе пропаганду линчевания. Во вторых, вместо того, чтобы просто удалить неудачную рекламу или предоставить внятное объяснение, компания начала защищаться и обвинять пользователей в недалекости и непонимании. Закончилось все удалением рекламы и потерей клиентов.
Надеемся, что компания выучила урок с публичного фиаско и наймет на работу корректора, который больше не допустит позора и агрессии.
