В Івано-Франківському міському суді сьогодні, 6 квітня, почалося підготовче засідання по кримінальній справі проти журналіста Руслана Коцаби.

На засіданні він зробив заяву, що не визнає своєї провини, а суд над собою назвав "судилищем",повідомляє Корреспондент

Інтереси журналіста, який закликав бойкотувати мобілізацію, представлятиме правозахисниця Тетяна Монтян. Клопотання про зняття арешту і повернення коштів, вилучених під час обшуку в будинку блогера, суд відхилив, мотивуючи, що це речові докази у справі.

Суд призначив п'ять судових засідань у справі Коцаби, перше з яких відбудеться 16 квітня. Засідання будуть проходити у відкритому режимі.
