Депутаты фракции "Самопомич" сейчас готовят поправки к закону о выборах в местные органы власти, который на прошлой неделе был принят в первом чтении. Об этом рассказала вице-спикер парламента Оксана Сыроид,пишет delo.ua

По ее словам, в данных правках будут перечислены местные советы, где не могут быть проведены местные выборы, в первую очередь на оккупированных территориях.

Кроме населенных пунктов на оккупированной территории, нельзя будет проводить выборы в местные советы на линии столкновения, например Широкино.

Также будет предусмотрена еще третья категория населенных пунктов - там, где на выборах в местные органы власти необходимо обеспечить безопасность.

По мнению Сыроид, также нельзя проводить выборы на частично оккупированной территории, например в райсоветы, где часть района контролируется террористами.

"Выборы не могут быть проведены в Луганском и Донецком областных советах, поскольку эти территории оккупированы", — подчеркнула Сыроид.

В то же время она отметила, что есть угроза назначения выборов на Донбассе. По информации Сыроид, осуществляется давление для того, чтобы события развивались по такому сценарию и назначение выборов заострило бы конфликт на Донбассе.
